Josef started experimenting: first naturally cloudy apple juice, then the idea of an alcohol-free aperitif inspired by Italian aperitivo culture. The result was Sparkling Rocco – sparkling, dry, fruity, without artificial additives. In February 2023, Florian Lair joined.
