Kräuterschlössl of the Gluderer Family The Kräuterschlössl has been managed by the Gluderer family for four generations. Since 1990 the fields have been cultivated according to the organic farming guidelines. The use of pesticides is completely dispensed with. The large family works in the “most beautiful workplace in the world”, at one with nature and in harmony with the season. They are especially proud of their herbs and their garden with a wonderful view to the whole valley. The garden is freely accessible and provides a picturesque setting for picnics. The Kräuterschlössl product range includes spices, teas, honey, cosmetics, oil, syrup, pasta and spirits.
The delicatessen by the valley terminal of the Alpe di Siusi lift is the fruit of our love for South Tyrol.
