Hofkäserei Valin of the Mussner Family
The Mussner family founded the this dairy farm in 201, on the premises of the family-run Valin farm, in Val Gardena/Gröden. Their mission is to produce natural, high-quality products of their own. They process the high-quality raw milk from their 12 cows with love and dedication to produce premium dairy products such as plain-, raspberry- and cranberry yogurt, and several natural cheese varieties, from cream cheese to ripe mountain cheese.

The delicatessen by the valley terminal of the Alpe di Siusi lift is the fruit of our love for South Tyrol. We created the Südtirol Products online shop to make these local, lovingly prepared products available to anyone.
