Prackfoler Hof of Patrick Planer Between the Sciliar/Schlern and the Catinaccio/Rosengarten, in sunny Aica/Aicha, stands the historic Prackfoler Hof farm. Wine has been cultivated here for generations, since the 17th century. Thanks to the optimal location and climate conditions, high-quality wines with a fresh mineral note and an unmistakable South Tyrolean flavours thrive here. The temperature differences here at the foot of the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm – sunny warm days and cool nights – guarantee a particularly complex wine that best reflects the character of the Dolomites’ landscape.
