Sabine and Franzi have made a name for themselves with their saffron from organic farming at 1,000 metres above sea level, in Siusi/Seis, and they are known both in Italy and abroad. The saffron is planted, harvested, dried and individually packaged without use of any chemicals or machinery. Their motto is "Special and different: a touch of happiness in a sea of flowers".

The delicatessen by the valley terminal of the Alpe di Siusi lift is the fruit of our love for South Tyrol.
