Details
A light, pleasantly fruity wine that, as an uncomplicated all-rounder, goes well with many South Tyrolean dishes such as the classic "Brettlmarende". Fruity-floral notes of spring flowers and fresh berries as well as subtle tannins round off the wine and give it an interesting structure.
Grape varieties: Trollinger, Pinot noir, Zweigelt
Alcohol content: 12.0%

Tschötscherhof der Familie Jaider More than ever, sustainable thinking and action determine everyday life at the Tschötscherhof in St. Oswald. Beef from our own farm, fresh garden vegetables and wine from our own cultivation. Since his youth, winegrower and farmer Andreas Jaider has dedicated himself with dedication and professionalism to the lively continuation of this traditional inn and farm, which, thanks to the strong support of the family, has distinguished itself to this day as one of the most beautiful farms in South Tyrol, thanks to the combination of innovation and the preservation of the tried and tested.
