This espresso is very full-bodied and has a fine, subtle acidity. This delicious blend consists of 90% of high-quality Arabica beans from the highlands of Central and South America, as well as 10% of selected Robusta beans from Southeast Asia.They are all organically grown and Fairtrade certified.- Producer
Kaffeerösterei Peter & Stefan Schreyögg Stefan Schreyögg has been working in the tradition-rich family business since 2007. What started out in 1890 as a delicatessen opened by Josef Schreyögg in Merano/Meran is today an internationally successful company. However, the local gastronomic realities still remain at the core of the Schreyögg business. Experience and know-how in the art of roasting, highest quality, trust between the consumer and the manufacturer as well as commitment and reliability are the cornerstones of the company. Schreyögg specialises in fair-trade coffee as well as high-quality espresso blends produced according to the guidelines of INEI (Istituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano).
