Caroma of Valentin Hofer This coffee roasting company in Fiè allo Sciliar/Völs am Schlern, near Alpe di Siusi in South Tyrol, uses only premium highland coffee beans and attaches great importance to the traceability of coffee. Valentin Hofer has been the first roasting master in Italy to be awarded the "Chief Coffee Sommelier" and "Qualified Coffee Expert" qualifications. As coffee sommelier, he is happy to share his wide knowledge of his favorite subject and often teaches professional courses or taster courses.
The delicatessen by the valley terminal of the Alpe di Siusi lift is the fruit of our love for South Tyrol.
