Elegance, freshness, harmony and complexity. Inspiring and seductive, refreshing and lively.
Brilliant yellow with golden reflexes. Intense and particularly fine, velvety bouquet of almond blossoms, peaches and apricots, with hints of fresh hazelnuts and bread crusts. Very fine, long-lasting perlage.

St. Pauls Winery The winery in the eponymous South Tyrolean town is dedicated to the task of completing what nature begins. Established in 1907 by 36 winemakers, today the winery enjoys a high reputation among wine lovers in South Tyrol and beyond. In addition to the production of first-quality wines, the winery’s product range also includess sparkling wines. The Praeclarus Brut stands out for its perfect perlage and its extraordinary bouquet. The grapes for this sparkling wine come from three South Tyrolean Chardonnay vineyards. After the finishing, it is stored for 48 months in the so-called "Sektbunker".
