Details
Dressing with wine vinegar and must. Perfect for dressing fresh salads. The color is dark red, strong. The taste is fruity, musty with light sweetness, musty-like sweet. The vinegar fermentation is done in barrels of oak, chestnut and cherry wood, which are assembled into batteries of five barrels each. The cherry wood is particularly important, for adding sweetness and colour.
