Details
Organic shiitake mushrooms are particularly aromatic, taste fleshy, spicy and are reminiscent of a hint of garlic.
They are very valuable mushrooms, they are rich in vitamin B and minerals. Protein and vitamins A, D and C are also found in this excellent edible mushroom.
The delicatessen by the valley terminal of the Alpe di Siusi lift is the fruit of our love for South Tyrol.
