Details
Organic king oyster mushrooms are characterized by their delicate aroma, the taste and consistency are reminiscent of porcini mushrooms. That is why they are not only a welcome alternative to the wild-growing porcini mushrooms outside of the season.
They taste very good in soups, as starters and as an accompaniment to game or vegetarian dishes. Similar to mushrooms, organic king oyster mushrooms can also be grilled very well.
Its low calorie content, abundant minerals and protein content are popular.
