Details
It is an innovation of the Regiohof. We use the first fruits that ripen: cherries, strawberries, apricots. They’re sweetened with our elderberry syrup. So it becomes a unique, fresh, sweet product with all the scents of the beginning of summer. All the fruits are selected by hand, the jams are mixed by hand.

Regiohof des Albert Brugger The Regiohof farm of the Brugger family is located in the scenic Val di Casies/Gsiesertal at around 1,400 m a.s.l.. For over 20 years, the family has been specialising in the cultivation of mountain strawberries and has been using the delicious small fruits to produce jams, syrups, nectars and fruit mustard since 2002. Today their product range includes also grappas made from mountain herbs, flowers and fruits, as well as herbal teas, herbal salt and flower salt, honey, and biscuits. Inspired by old recipes, the Bruggers stay true to their motto: "Enjoy like they did back then".
The delicatessen by the valley terminal of the Alpe di Siusi lift is the fruit of our love for South Tyrol. We created the Südtirol Products online shop to make these local, lovingly prepared products available to anyone.
