A. Rubner Chocolate
According to Andreas Rubner, "Temptation can be expressed in just one word: chocolate". His wife Astrid concurs. Both share a great passion for this dark delicacy. The chocolate they produce in Valdaora/Olang stands out for its high cocoa content and its unique mixtures of South Tyrolean fruits and exotic spices. Andreas Rubner owes his thorough knowledge in all things spicy and flavoured chocolate to year-long stays in the South American and Caribbean countries. It is now his mission to revive the century-old traditional production of chocolate.
