The Wassererhof farm, located 450 meters above sea level in Fiè allo Sciliar, was first documented in 1366. Since 2013, the Mock brothers have been passionately continuing their passion for the vineyard and the knowledge they have accumulated over generations in the cellar. Their motto is: "Our goal is to produce wines of quality and grace." The farm's own Buschenschank (wine tavern) has a very special atmosphere. Typical homemade dishes of traditional South Tyrolean cuisine are served in a cozy setting where old and new harmoniously meet.
