What began in 1890 with Josef Schreyögg and the opening of a delicatessen in Merano is today a company successful in the global market. However, the heart of Schreyögg remains local catering businesses. Experience and know-how in the art of roasting, highest quality, trust between consumer and manufacturer, as well as commitment and reliability are the cornerstones of the business. The coffee roastery's specialty is fairly traded coffee (Fairtrade) as well as the production of high-quality espresso blends according to the guidelines of INEI (Istituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano).
