Returns and withdrawal at a glance

  • Time limit: 14 days from receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
  • How it works: notify us of your withdrawal via our withdrawal form, by e-mail or by post, then send the goods back to us by post.
  • Return shipping costs: paid by the buyer.
  • Refund: purchase price and standard shipping costs, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, to the same payment method and free of charge.
  • Excluded: sealed food, drinks and cosmetics that were opened after delivery, and goods that spoil quickly.
  • Damaged, defective or wrong goods: free of charge for you, see section 7.

1. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day on which you, or a person named by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If an order is delivered in several parcels, the period starts when you receive the last parcel.

2. How to withdraw

Within the time limit, send us a clear statement that you are withdrawing from the contract. Please include your name, the order number and the items concerned. You have three options:

  • Online: via our withdrawal form (complete it by clicking "Confirm withdrawal"). You will then receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.
  • By e-mail: to info@suedtirol-products.com
  • By post: to Südtirol Products – Seis-Seiser Alm Bahn AG, Schlernstraße 39, Seis am Schlern, 39040 Kastelruth (BZ), Italy

Using the form is optional. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement before the 14 days have expired.

3. Returning the goods

Please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal statement, by post to:

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not charge any restocking or handling fee. Please pack the goods so that they are not damaged on their way back.

4. Refund

We will refund the purchase price and the original shipping costs no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard shipping, we only refund the cost of standard shipping. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them.

The refund is made to the same payment method you used for the order, at no cost to you. If you withdraw from only part of the order, we refund the price of the returned items; shipping costs are refunded if you withdraw from the entire order.

5. Condition of the goods

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You are liable for any loss in value resulting from handling the goods beyond that.

6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • sealed food, drinks and cosmetic products whose seal or original packaging was opened after delivery (for reasons of health protection and hygiene);
  • goods that can spoil quickly or whose best-before date would be exceeded by the time they are returned.

Unopened, non-perishable products in their original packaging (for example wine, spirits, books or handmade items) can be returned within the time limit.

7. Damaged, defective or wrong goods

If your order arrives damaged, an item is defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt at info@suedtirol-products.com or +39 0471 704 276. Please include the order number and a photo of the goods and the packaging. We will send a replacement or refund the purchase price. In this case, we cover the cost of any return shipment that may be required.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected; they apply independently of the right of withdrawal and also after the 14 days have expired.
