Withdrawal form

Within 14 days you have the option to withdraw from your contract – with no need to provide a reason. This form allows you to declare your withdrawal conveniently by digital means. To do so, enter the information listed below and finalise the process by clicking „Confirm withdrawal", which submits your declaration to us with full legal validity. Afterwards, we will send a confirmation of receipt with a timestamp by e-mail to the address you have registered.

Note: we can only process your request if the e-mail address and order number match.

The right of withdrawal does not extend to:

• goods with a short shelf life or those whose best-before date would soon expire.
• sealed goods that are unsuitable for return on hygiene or health grounds, provided the seal has been removed after delivery.
