Our journey begins around the Seiser Alm – with people who produce original South Tyrolean specialties with honest craftsmanship and a great feel for nature.
But it continues through the whole country: from the orchards in the Unterland to the alpine dairies in the Vinschgau, from handmade bread to noble Weinen.
