Producers

Our journey begins around the Seiser Alm/Alpe di Suisi in the dolomites – with people who produce original South Tyrolean specialties with honest craftsmanship and a great feel for nature.

But it continues through the whole country: from the orchards in South Tyrols' South to the alpine dairies in the Eisack Valley, from handmade bread to noble wine.

Each producer stands for a piece of South Tyrol, for what makes our region so special: care, quality, and character.

You will notice that many of our producers have the word “Hof” in their name. In South Tyrol, a Hof is a traditional family-run farm, often passed down through generations. It stands for authenticity, local craftsmanship, and a deep connection to the land.
