Helli is a nature lover and tinker, someone who does things his own way. He used to run the Gompm Alm at 1,800 metres above Schenna. This alpine rootedness shapes everything he does. In 2017, it all started with an idea: a London Dry Gin that could capture the aromas of the South Tyrolean mountains. 26 distillations until the recipe was right. The result: Edelschwarz Alpine Bio Gin, named after edelweiss and black bilberry, made from 17 organic alpine botanicals and mountain spring water. Since then, the Edelschwarz family has grown: Cocoa Gin, Lörget Gin and U.RO, the first premium organic vodka from South Tyrol. What connects all products: alpine origin, organic quality, genuine craftsmanship.
