In Aldein, a village on the Reggelberg in southern South Tyrol, the Eggerhof is located at an altitude of approximately 1,200 meters above sea level.
High-quality egg pasta can also be produced from healthy eggs. Erich Gruber, a trained chef, has specialized in this craft and produces the finest egg pasta at the “Eggerhof” pasta factory. The ingredients are selected with great care, with a focus on free-range eggs and non-GMO durum wheat semolina. The company deliberately avoids the use of artificial colors and preservatives.
The well-being of the chickens is a top priority: Through species-appropriate animal husbandry, the chickens are guaranteed a stress-free life, while consumers are assured of a healthy and nutritious product.
