More than ever, sustainable thinking and action shape everyday life at Tschötscherhof in St. Oswald. The guesthouse and farm live off each other: beef from our own farm, fresh garden vegetables, and wine from our own cultivation. Winemaker and farmer Andreas Jaider has dedicated himself with passion and professionalism since his youth to the lively continuation of this traditional guesthouse and farm, which, thanks to the strong support of his family and the combination of innovation and preservation of the tried and tested, still stands out today as one of the most beautiful and worth visiting farms in South Tyrol.
