Behind Gruber Baking are two cousins from South Tyrol. Both grew up in a family where bread baking was part of everyday life, with recipes going back generations. At some point they decided to take it further and founded their own bakery. Today they bake bread, grissini, pizza breads and protein bars. They build on traditional craftsmanship, adding their own ideas and fresh recipes. When it comes to ingredients, the two focus on quality and digestibility – snacks for on the go should fill you up, not weigh you down.
