Lorenz and Leander grow herbs and blossoms for tea in South Tyrol – small-scale, by hand, without machines. The fields lie between 900 and 1,400 meters: short growing season, slow growth, but more intense flavour and aroma. Harvesting is done by hand, together with farming partners from the region. Packaging is handled by Lebenshilfe South Tyrol – a collaboration that works for both sides. The teas contain only herbs and blossoms: no flavourings, colourings or preservatives.
