In 1945, shortly after the war, the Pramstrahler family opened a small butcher's shop in South Tyrol. What began as a village butchery is now a medium-sized company, still family-owned. Over the decades the business has grown, while the recipes remained unchanged. Only fresh meat is processed, cut in-house – no flavour enhancers, phosphates, gluten or lactose. Today a new generation runs the business. Ida's Selection offers a dedicated line for special occasions. Three generations of butcher's craft, one family business.
