The name comes from the local Regglberg dialect and means steadfast, grounded. Two young farmers from Aldein have built a mushroom farm at "Hof im Thal", at 1,500 meters altitude. In the old barn, king oyster, shiitake and oyster mushrooms grow in special cultivation cells, year-round. Organic, without chemical additives. Around 13 weeks pass from setup to harvest. Delivery is local: to restaurants, specialty shops or directly from the farm.
