The Simmele Müller farm lies with its orchards sunny and sheltered from the wind in Kastelruth, nestled in a valley and surrounded by lush greenery. This Einzelhof relies heavily on manual labor and innovative ideas, focusing on nature-oriented agriculture and production. The farm produces healthy fruit of the highest quality – inside and out – with exceptional taste. In addition, delicious, natural apple juice is produced. A small part of the juice is processed into vinegar.
