We are Katya and Armin, South Tyrol's bean-to-bar chocolate pioneers and the first to produce organic chocolate from fine cocoa beans in South Tyrol. We sort, roast, and grind selected cocoa beans and produce particularly aromatic, purist chocolates and cocoa butter products in small production batches. We exclusively use ethically sourced and organically grown fine cocoa from Latin America, Asia, and Africa.
