Hannes Göller grew up in the Sarntal valley, trained as an ornamental blacksmith. After military service, a new interest emerged: bees. Today his apiary counts 500 colonies. To offer different honey varieties, the colonies move with the seasons – in spring in the valley, in summer up to the alpine pastures at nearly 2,000 metres. The variety from blossom honey to forest honey comes from the different locations. Colour, aroma and taste depend on which plants the bees choose.
