Our jams are 100% handmade from ripe, hand-picked, fully ripened fruit. It is very important to us to emphasize that our products contain no additives (such as preservatives, artificial colors, artificial flavors, or flavor enhancers).
We set our products apart with a very high fruit content and high-quality raw materials. Furthermore, we make every effort to use regional and seasonal fruit whenever possible. Our suppliers are small to medium-sized
fruit growers, most of whom are located in Bolzano and the surrounding area. Thanks to the short transport distances and rapid processing times, our jams are particularly flavorful and natural.
