The Köfererhof is located in Neustift near Brixen, in a wonderful panoramic location at 650 meters above sea level. The farm, with around 5.5 hectares, is one of the oldest wine farms in the Eisack Valley. Today it is managed by Gaby and Günther Kerschbaumer. The two are winemakers with heart and soul and always strive for the best possible quality, both in the cultivation and refinement of the excellent white grapevines. The dedication and passion of the winemakers, the mineral soils and the optimal microclimate provide the basis for the exceptionally juicy, fresh and elegant wines grown here.
