The Stanglerhof in St. Konstantin, at the foot of the Schlern in South Tyrol, is versatile and colorful. Here, an attempt is made to rethink the concept of "Bauernhof", to be open to the world and yet firmly rooted. In dialogue with herb, grain, and berry cultivation, a mixed orchard, a large vegetable garden, and sheep farming. Fine syrups are produced from the berries and herbs. The remaining products are served in the in-house Buschenschank. The barn, converted with clay and straw, offers a popular backdrop for film screenings, concerts, workshops, or exhibitions.
