A spoonful of this blossom honey and you taste the South Tyrolean summer: meadows full of wildflowers, buzzing bees and warm mountain slopes. Kräuterschlössl gently stirs this honey to a creamy texture – keeping it smooth on the palate and slowing crystallisation.

What makes it special: each jar tells a different story. Depending on which flowers the bees visit, colour and aroma vary. Sometimes light and delicately floral, sometimes golden and richly sweet. A honey that captures the essence of the season.

Best enjoyed:

  • On warm, fresh Bauernbrot (traditional South Tyrolean farmhouse bread) – when the honey melts slightly
