Partschillerhof by Andreas Rungger

In the Völser Ried, at an altitude of around 650 meters, lies the rustic Partschillerhof, surrounded by sunny orchards. Raspberries have been grown here for about 40 years, and the farm has been organically certified since 1993. Particularly well-known and popular throughout South Tyrol are the Bio-Sirupe and jams from Partschillerhof. The farm near the Seiser Alm is now run by young farmer Andreas Rungger and his wife Melanie. Andreas' motto is: "Poor is not he who has little, but he who never gets enough."
