Radoar of Norbert Blasbichler

The mission of the Blasbichler family is to live and work in respectful harmony with nature. They focus on organic farming and organic distillates, the so-called "essence" of nature. For Radoar's fruit brandies and grappas, farm-grown, organically cultivated fruits are refined. In viticulture, they rely on biodynamic preparations, herbal teas, canopy management, sowing, and lunar phases. This results in exceptional grapes, which are gently processed in the cellar with natural yeast. The wines mature for around nine months in oak barrels before being bottled in the summer. The character of the wines reflects the full diversity of landscape, soil, and climate.
