The Regiohof of the Brugger family is located in the picturesque Gsiesertal valley at around 1,400 meters above sea level. For over 20 years, the family has specialized in growing Berg-Erdbeeren. Since 2002, jam, syrup, nectar, and fruit mustard have also been produced from these small fruits. Today, in addition to fruit specialties, the farm's range also includes grappas based on mountain herbs, mountain flowers, and mountain fruits. Furthermore, herbal teas, herbal salt, and flower salt are produced on the farm, honey is produced, and cookies are baked. The Brugger family is inspired by old recipes, with the motto "Enjoy as in days gone by".
