An original with history: over 70 years ago, Ignaz Unterthurner developed the recipe for “Nocino”, a walnut liqueur.

Hand-selected green walnuts are macerated in alcohol to extract essential oils, bitters, and characteristic aroma. Refined with in-house grappa and aged in oak barrels, it becomes a complex liqueur with rustic soul and elegant maturity.

Spicy and nutty, accompanied by delicate vanilla notes. Soft in the finish, warm in character - a liqueur with depth and story.
Perfect neat, on ice, or with dark chocolate.
