Metzgerei Stefan Rabensteiner butchery

In 2003, experienced butcher Stefan Rabensteiner made the dream of his own butchery come true in Siusi/Seis. He focuses on locally-sourced quality products, good cooperation with the local farmers and, above all, on his passion for the job. His speck, cured- and smoked products are very popular in South Tyrol. In addition to speck, which he smokes dry for three weeks before letting it mature for four to five months, his offer also includes beef and venison cured meat, venison- and chamois sausages, kaminwurzen, signature salami and spicy salami.
