Details
Organic dark chocolate 75% made with Chuncho cocoa from Peru, infused with Edelschwarz organic Gin.
This chocolate has complex aromatic notes: juniper, forest berries, herbs and spices.
We macerate the roasted cocoa nibs with Gin for several days and dehydrate them. The water and alcohol evaporate fully while the cocoa absorbs the flavors. Edelschwarz orginc Gin is made with 17 alpine botanicals such as juniper, edelweiss, lingonberries, currants and various herbs.- Additional Information

Karuna Chocolate der Katya Waldboth We are Katya and Armin, South Tyrol’s bean to bar chocolate pioneers. We are the first in the region to produce organic chocolate directly from the cocoa beans. We sort, roast and grind selected beans from around the world in order to produce aromatic and puristic chocolates along with a variety of cocoa butter products in small batches.
The delicatessen by the valley terminal of the Alpe di Siusi lift is the fruit of our love for South Tyrol.
