Since 2013, the “South Tyrolean Farm-Style” project has been underway at the Fronthof—with the goal of strengthening small-scale pig farming and bacon production on South Tyrolean farms. Here, pigs are raised in a species-appropriate and natural manner, with piglets sourced from small-scale farms in the region.
