Details
Organically grown original rye from South Tyrol and high quality wheat from the Alps give the distillate a unique balanced character.
For the highest quality, are used only the heart of wheat and rye in the distillation process. The subsequent multiple activated carbon filtration gives it the perfect balance of purity and aroma. After aging in stainless steel barrels, the vodka is reduced to 40% vol. with clear mountain spring water from the Gompm Alm.
The delicatessen by the valley terminal of the Alpe di Siusi lift is the fruit of our love for South Tyrol. We created the Südtirol Products online shop to make these local, lovingly prepared products available to anyone.
