Vegetables from the Vinschgau Valley are perfect for any snack. They go well with cheese or bacon, on or in “Paarlbrot,” and are also excellent with "Schüttelbrot". Whether at home or while hiking, for “Holbmittog” (late breakfast), as a snack with a glass of wine, or simply for “Marend” (a light meal).

Pickling vegetables is one of the simplest preservation methods, completely free of additives: vegetables are pickled in a boiled brine made from vinegar and water with salt, spices, herbs, and sugar. We use only crisp, fresh seasonal vegetables from our own farm or from local farmers, which are gently processed immediately after harvest. This way, all the beneficial qualities of high-quality, freshly processed vegetables are preserved.
