Aged in barrique barrels, the Original Waldler develops warm vanilla notes and subtle woody nuances.

Selected, particularly aromatic raspberries from the Trentino region are macerated in alcohol after the small seeds are removed and distilled in individual batches. This is followed by a one-year harmonization phase in stainless steel tanks, after which the Waldler Barrique rests for another year in wooden barrels. In the oak barrel, the distinctive wild raspberry aromas of the Original Waldler develop a harmonious interplay with the influences of the wood. The wild raspberry spirit becomes even more harmonious, intense, and mellow. The Waldler Barrique is bottled at 39 percent ABV. During barrel aging, it takes on a gentle golden hue.
