Dried Strawberries Obergostnerhof 30 g – pure fruit enjoyment from the Eisack Valley

Sun-ripened strawberries from Obergostnerhof of the Gasser family in Klausen (Chiusa), gently dried into crispy, fruity slices. No added sugar, no sulphur – just 100% strawberries.

The fruit is washed by hand, cut into thin slices, and carefully placed individually on drying racks. At low temperatures, they are dried for 8–10 hours until only 8–10% residual moisture remains. The result: an intense strawberry aroma in a concentrated form.
