  • Premium quality from the Eggerhof mountain farm: Produced at 1,200 meters above sea level in Aldein, South Tyrol. Made with 20% fresh free-range eggs and high-quality Italian durum wheat semolina, refined with 1.5% wild garlic, thyme, and rosemary for a distinctive Alpine taste.
  • Pure craftsmanship: A natural product without artificial coloring or preservatives. Each batch reflects traditional South Tyrolean pasta-making and great attention to detail.

These fettuccine are delicious in many different combinations: classic with a delicate tomato and leek sauce and soft cheese; refined with porcini mushrooms and parmesan; hearty with grated mountain cheese and thyme; or surprisingly paired with smoked trout cubes.
