Dark Organic Chocolate 75% made from Chuncho Cocoa (Peru), flavored with Edelschwarz Organic Gin.

This chocolate has a complex aroma profile: juniper, forest fruits, herbs, and spices. We roast the cocoa, macerate the cocoa nibs for several days with gin, and then dry the cocoa nibs. Alcohol and water evaporate completely, and the cocoa absorbs the aromas from the gin. Edelschwarz Organic Gin is made from 17 Alpine botanicals, including: juniper, edelweiss, lingonberry, currant, and various herbs.
