In the chocolate manufactory of Anton Oberhöller in the Sarntal valley, exclusive, high-quality creations are made – with a high cocoa content already in the milk chocolate. One of the noblest chocolates in the world is used: Valrhona. In addition to Oberhöller's popular hazelnut chocolate and spreadable cream, more unusual products are also included in the range. The ingredients mostly come from South Tyrol, such as Schüttelbrot, apple, or Latsche. The ingredients are lovingly incorporated into the chocolate by hand.
