Preparation – It’s that simple:

Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan.
Roast the contents of the bag for about one minute, stirring.
Deglaze with 1/2 glass of white wine and stir briefly.
Then pour in 750 ml of hot water.
Important: Do not add any extra salt or other spices!
Stir occasionally and add more hot water if necessary until the risotto is cooked (approx. 18 minutes).
Remove from heat and refine with butter and Parmesan.

GLUTEN-FREE and ideal for 2-3 people.
