Cocoa origin: The Roça Sundy cacao farm on Príncipe Island has been revitalized through the work of HBD Príncipe, a B‑Corp dedicated to sustainable, island‑wide development.

The cacao is grown in agroforestry systems, embedded within the lush rainforests of the island’s northwest.

The farm holds Bird Friendly certification, and exports are coordinated by Uncommon Cacao in partnership with Silva Cacao.

Flavor notes:  Chocolate, wood, very low bitterness.
