Botanicals, Myths & Craftsmanship – Incantus, return of the flower witches.
Legend in liquid form: this amaro is a liquid narrative, born from Ladin myths, historical research, and the craftsmanship of Master Distiller Florian Rabanser.

Every drop tells a story—and opens a window into the mysterious world surrounding Schlern and Rosengarten.

Amaro Incantus captures, in its aromas, the very essence of the flowers that adorn the trails of the Seiser Alm.

The organic Amaro contains no added sugar; the botanicals used come from the Pflegerhof farm, and the grain from which the alcohol is distilled is also organically grown.

36% Vol.

Ingredients: On the nose, floral notes unfold, highlighted by the freshness of angelica seeds, evoking vitality and life force. On the palate, the floral bouquet is vibrant and expansive: the bitterness of yarrow recalls sacrifice and resilience, followed by the citrusy and spicy tones of Rosa Monarda, which add a mysterious touch. Finally, lemon balm brings freshness and lightness, leaving space for hope.
